A creative collaborator at heart, Susan coalesces smarts, strategy, and seamless communication to bring a fresh approach to any enterprise. A lifelong Epicurean who formerly owned and operated restaurants in Washington DC and Virginia, the East Coast native segued a thirty-year career in corporate sales, management, and consulting into a thriving real estate career in 2014.

Known to approach real estate from a business perspective, the Virginia Tech alumni is an outlier in the industry who views buying and selling from a uniquely progressive perspective. Bolstered by a product design background and certified by the American Lighting Association, she has a natural gift for evaluating properties and helping clients envision potential enhancements. It’s no wonder that she successfully purchased, managed, and completed numerous builds from the ground up. Driven by a palpable passion for helping people realize their real estate dreams, Susan is truly in her element when collaborating with clients.

Abundantly helpful and impossibly high energy, Susan is quick to educate and empower her clients. Acutely aware of the stresses that oftentimes accompany first-time homeownership, she finds great joy in leading First Time Home Buyer Education courses. Operating with a signature blend of honesty, integrity, and empathy, she’s proven to be a trusted Los Gatos real estate agent who always stays a step ahead. Preparation and execution are the cornerstones of Susan’s success, which explains how she famously sold seventeen homes in Los Gatos’s Sorellas Community, netting over $77 Million in sales.

Residing in Los Gatos with her husband of twenty years, the mother of three adores outdoor activities, from hikes in the hills to Music in the Park. Instilled with a lifelong love of teaching, she’s spent the past two years sharing her affinity for the arts, training docents in the Los Gatos Union School District. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her pursuing Pilates, yoga, and golf, or at home entertaining family and friends over food, good wine, and sports.
